Refund Policy

1. No Refunds Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By purchasing any subscription, credits, or services from Voice.iamalgo, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Monthly or annual subscription fees
• Setup fees
• Credit purchases or top-ups
• Usage-based charges
• Add-on services
• Partial month or partial usage

2. Subscription Terms

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the paid period.

Proration: We do not prorate or refund any portion of your subscription fees for partial months or unused time.

3. Credits & Usage

Credits are Non-Refundable: All credit purchases are final. Credits do not expire and remain on your account until used.

No Roll-Over Limits: Credits do not roll over month-to-month based on your subscription tier. However, any purchased credits remain on your account.

Account Closure: If you close your account, any remaining credits will be forfeited without refund.

4. Setup Fees

Setup fees are one-time charges assessed at the beginning of your subscription. These fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing or service usage.

5. Disputed Charges

If you dispute any charges with your bank or credit card company (chargeback) without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

• Terminate your account immediately
• Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities
• Seek legal remedies to recover disputed amounts plus applicable fees
• Ban you from future use of our services

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not provide refunds for service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues. Our service level agreement (SLA) may provide credits for extended outages as specified in your enterprise agreement.

7. Promotional Credits

Promotional credits, referral bonuses, or any credits granted at no cost have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
